You can check them both out on the web. If you can manage to find either lamb fries or beaten biscuits with country ham you will be able to say that you have truly eaten Bluegrass. Lamb fries are similar to rocky mountain oysters ('nuff said). Beaten biscuits are nothing like other biscuits: about 1.5 inches in diameter, and very dense. More like a cracker. The country ham will have been baked, not fried, deep red and of a lovely velvety texture. Nearly impossible to find outside of the Bluegrass. An acquired taste.
