Tulsa Bakery

Tuesday the boss & I were in Tulsa for a meeting. She said that afterwards we were going someplace really important she had discovered & that she knew I'd want to see. She'd discovered it during a rainstorm while working the Pinto Nationals, so it took some wandering to find again again. Merritts Bakery on 15th. The pastry case is (as we described it to someone at lunch today) the length of two extended cab Chevy trucks. Every little item we bought was fresh and flavorful and lovely and creative and I wish we could have tasted them all.
