We are not opening up another location, but actually moving the entire operation into the SE area. I don't want to disclose the location until we sign on the dotted line, but we are only a few days away from doing so. No worries on not making the 1/2 trek to Scholls yet...many who are interested in our product have not visited us yet, but that is all soon to change. We would be more than happy to have you come into the new space and take pics of our process and product. We made the trek out there for pizza two weeks ago, and loved it...great atmosphere too. But it is a pretty far drive, and we figured we probably wouldn't get back out there until we were on our way back from the Coast some weekend. Is the bread coming back too? Olive Mountain was the only place in Portland, as far as I can tell, that made pumpernickel bread. Yum.
