Need Your Help-Bonita Springs

My husband has an elderly uncle who is recovering from a heart attack and needs to be on a low sodium diet. His wife has Alzheimer's and he has to feed her. He is 84 and does not know how to cook and up until now has been relying on take-out and frozen dinners. Can anyone recommend a private chef in the Bonita Springs area? It would reduce a lot of stress if he could have someone come in and prepare a weeks worth of meals for them once a week and he would then only have to reheat.
