Canyon Restaurant, Fort Lauderdale

Went to Canyon for the fourth time last night for my B-day. I have to say it was some of yhe best food, I have ever had! I had a tuna steak that was seared, and topped with chiptole cream sauce. It was divine. I could eat it every day!!!! The mussels with cilanto and tomatoes, was to die for. I don't know if they got a new was always wonderful before when we it is superb. YOU MUST TRY THE PRICKLY PEAR MARAGARITAS. It is the best drink I have ever had. I love this place.

  1. Executive Chef Chris Wilber has been in the kitchen at Canyon from the start, about 12 years now. He was also the Chef at La Perla before it transformed into Canyon.
