      <content>Let's start with the fact that Mobil just gave V&amp;A its 4 star rating for about the 12th year in a row. The only other Orlando restaurant so ranked is Norman's of Orlando at the Ritz.
I suggest you invest some time and search the Chowhound board or just scroll down and read some threads relating to "Disney restaurants", "tourist area restaurants" or to "Victoria &amp; Albert's." I don't think you will find people have much bad to say.
I've posted the link to Disney's page for the restaurant below so you can see what the room looks like. It is done as a late 19th century English dining room -- with the best of tableware, silver, crystal and even a harpist.

As for my personal thoughts;
This is not dinner, it is a comittment.
Be prepared to drop close to $300 for two, once you include the wine flight and tip.
There is an optional flight of wines offered, for an upcharge, selected to go with the meal you choose.
It will be more if you select your own wine(s) or add on extras, like fresh truffles, when available.
There are no children's menu or prices.
Each menu is developed daily, based on fresh ingredients available.
The food is prepared with the best ingredients possible, from Perigord truffles and N.Y. foie gras to Fuji apples and Kobe-style waygu beef. It is contemporaty fare, American-based but with influences from around the world.
Chef Scott Hunnel is the only chef the restaurant has ever had in 15 years, and he is hands-on with everything served.
There is a 12-seat chef's table -- add on another $100 or so -- in addition to the 45 seat dining room that turns twice. Seating times vary by season.
Reservations are crucial. Get them now.
As a self-described "Toronto foodie" I don't know enough about you to say you will love it. But I believe you will enjoy it and feel you got a good value.

Bob
