Thanksgiving Dinner near Dunedin?

DeeLo Nov 6, 2004 10:05 PM

Where should a Virginian go for her first Thanksgiving dinner near Dunedin? Casual elegance, not too pricy. Doesn't have to even be turkey... any suggestions welcome, willing to drive a short distance.

You might want to consider Kelly's on Main St. in Dunedin. They have a very eclectic menu with excellent quality offerings.

Intersting enough, Chris Sherman reviewed Kelly's in the St. Petersburg Times Weekend section today and gave it a fairly good overall review. The link is below if you would like to read it.

I haven't tried it for holidays, but Belly Timbers Grill on uS 19 in North Clearwater is probably one of the nicest and best restaurants I have been to in this area. Don't let the name fool you: it is not a sports bar, but a very elegant and special place.

Spoto's on Main Street in Dunedin is great. We ate there last Thanksgiving and really enjoyed it. They had a traditional holiday meal for $20 or a limited menu of their regular offerings -- steak, seafood, etc.
