<content>The earlier post about Lake Washington Crayfish brought back a memory of two years ago where I had ordered cajun style crayfish at Two Degos on 1st Ave. The crayfish were prepared quite well and were very fresh and before I left SEA from that trip I had 15 pounds of Lake Washington live crayfish to take with me on the plane.

I'll be in SEA basically during the same time of year(SEP) as I was then and assuming there will be some crayfish harvesting going on...my question...Are there other places that serve up those delicious crayfish or should I head back to Two Degos for some cold beer, delicious crayfish and pretty cool atmosphere??

Any suggestions on anyone doing anything special with those crayfish would be appreciated.

<content>DB, La Louisianne on East Cherry features Creole style cooking. (Not Cajun.) They feature several wonderful Crayfish dishes both as appetizers and entre`s.
