Portland --- Ice Cream Sandwich Vendor

It seems like I recently read about a woman selling gourmet ice cream sandwiches. I don't know where, when, or anything else...Does this sound familiar to anyone? I'd like to take my sister to check it out.

      she is at the thursday farmer's market at the eco-trust bldg. (4-8pm) She may also be at the downtown market, but I have seen her every week at the thurs. one

        Yes they are at the Portland Farmers' Mkt at PSU, but not until it gets warmer.
        In addition to the mentioned stores, find it at Food Front.
