It's been a few years since we were in Naples, but here goes: there was an excellent Italian/Seafood place on the main highway, but the name escapes me. Maybe it was something like Piscatore (fish in Italian?) and had a more casual place in the same building. (Places change a lot in Florida!). Also we had some good, simply prepared fish in several places in the "docks" area, which seemed like they had been there a while. Sorry I can' be more specific.
