Thanksgiving resources

Planning on spending Turkey Day in Tampa area (New Port Richey) with my new in-laws and want to atleast help and maybe totally take care of Thanksgiving Dinner. Looking for places in area that can help. Turkeys cooked, pies baked, farmers market for fresh produce, etc. I can cook but after driving 12 hours to get there we may need some help.
