Lynn Wilson's burritos
SEATTLE--Lyyn Wilson's burritos. Ever had 'em? They're the best. About 69 cents in the frozen foods section and inside the tortilla is just beans and cheese--not some unidentifiable industrial burrito paste. The only problem is, I can't find them. They used to be at Bert's Red Apple Market in Madison Park, but now they're not. AG, the distributor, doesn't carry them any longer. Does anybody know what happened or where I might find them? If so, I hope you'll respond, because though I love to cook, sometimes I don't want to and these things were perfect.
When Resers bought Lynn Wilson's, they discontinued a lot of the Lynn Wilson products, shutting down the salad department completely. The Lynn Wilson tamales are still made, I think they are only sold in Utah. I'm not 100% positive. I know this was posted quite a few years ago, and it is now 2013, you may not even see this reply. I work for this company, and there were many changes when Resers took over, they claimed better company, but honestly its just more money in their pockets. I don't think the Wilson's would be very proud of what these people have done to their company.
I have been searching for Lynn Wilson's tamales and have been told they were discontinued...I don't know about the other products, but I did see their burritos in Park City, Utah last week. Does anyone know how to contact the company or distributor? I live in Tucson, but my family lives in Utah and I grew up eating Lynn Wilson's tamales -- now I can't find them!
