I was underwhelmed (to say the least) with the food, unfortunately. The duck confit salad was a sea of bitter frizee with little bits of duck meat that were so small that I had to ask my waiter whether it was the right salad. Several of the menu items revealed the chef's recently heralded carribean influences (or something like that). I recall some bizarre sweet element in one dish, but I was so disappointed that I have blocked any recollection of exactly what it was. And the escargos was overwhelmed with the taste of pernod. I think the food has become exceptionally good and sometimes better than Martinique. My last meal was quite good though. They manage to prepare lamb beautifully.
