Don't compare apples with oysters!
It has come to my attention that some of the posters to this site seem misguided. Do you want a po' boy or haute cuisine? Our fair city has many diverse settings for all types of people and/or occasions. If one were to be a tad more specific about likes and dislikes---I'm quite sure that "WE" locals would be more than accomodating(even with our very well-earned food biases.)We love and welcome everyone to join the party; however, our economic base is derived from tourism--sad to say, "the truth is out there..." you just have to look a little harder.
