The food was quite fresh and the menu was eclectic and rather cutting edge. The rare tuna was great and the scallops had by my g/f looked great as well. It was nice to see people filing in for reservations AFTER 8:00. Maybe metro Detroit is waking up a bit. Also, it was so busy that we were seated a bit late for our 8:00 reservation...the host bought us a round of drinks. A nice touch. Service was a little slow, but the food was excellent and the prices reasonable. Loved the calamari appetizer in a spicy red sauce. I had the turbot and my husband had the salmon, both wonderfully executed. Nice enough wine list, wonderful specialty martinis (try the Lavender Martini!), but the beer list is pretty disappointing.
