Had lunch there today. It was a slow day, we were the only party in the store at noon.

Sauce was good, tacos were ok, but get the flour tortilla because they wrap them in foil and corn goes to mush in a big hurry.

They gave us about a cup of chopped onions and another cup containing a mix of fresh cilantro and chives.

Had Al Pastor, decent, but not great and shredded beef cheek and pollo. Also got two tamales. The tamales were good with some kind of spice mix in the masa.

I didn't try their burritos and I'll try them if I go back. Maybe I missed the best item on their menu. I don't know.

All in all, much better than Taco Bell, but there's a lot of better mexican places in the Twin Cities.

If I was that close to El Burrito Mercado, that's where I'd be eating. Just ate at ElBurrito the other day. Had the two tamale platter and it was very good. Ask the cashier for cilatro, etc., as they have it behind glass now.

As far as on Robert Street, I noticed that Lebanese/Mexican deli had a sign out for homemade pozole. Anyone had anything good there?
