discovered Cedar Summit Farm at the downtown stpaul farmers market. they have a cremery/bottling plant right on their farm in New Prague. And thrill of my life, they sell their wonderful fresh milk in old fashioned glass bottles ($1.50 deposit per bottle). They have whole, skim, 1%, 2% plus chocolate milk and cream and their own yogurt and ice cream. they are about to expand their retail locations to Lunds and Byerlys. They are at the Wedge and other coops and Whole Foods. They have a web site at www.cedarsummit.com. after reading about New York State's Ronnybrook Farms on the NY board, i am thrilled that we have a comparable operation here in Mn. The milk is way better than LandOLakes/Kemps. and it is a treat to have milk in glass bottles again. Thank You cedar summit farm!! PS: they are NOT at the Minneapolis Farmers Market.
