The exterior is bland; the name is unexciting. I finally did stop there and eat, and the interior is warm and inviting, the service is good, the menu is varied, and the food is really nice. Steak and Rice does a wicked take out business. While I was the only customer in there eating the phone rang non stop, the chefs chopped frantically and people streamed in mid afternoon to pick up take out orders.
