I ate with a group of others at Oceanaire last Thursday and was generally pleased.

We had the large group appetizer which included oysters, lobster and crab legs. The lobster had been frozen, but otherwise the app was ok. I order scallops as an additional appetizer and they were good.

Had arctic charr as entree and was pleased. It was deep-fried in a buttermilk flour crust and tasty. A soy-based dipping sauce was served along side, but lacked character, that is, it was a bit weak.

The service was very good. Waiter was knowledgeable, dependable and professional.

I also recently dined at Oceanaire. We also had the lobster/crab/oyster/mussel appetizer. It was excellant. I had the sole stuffed with crab and brie. It was so delicious. The staff was very professional, we didn't feel rushed at all. Over all, a wonderful dining experience.
