      <content>Much as I hate to recommend the place, I do know that you can find violet mustard at Fauchon in NYC. The color is beautiful, though I can't say the flavor is all that remarkable.</content>

      <content>Try the Mount Horeb Mustard Museum, which also sells what must be the world's largest selection of mustard and related condiments. Mount Horeb is about 20 miles west of Madison, I believe, but they do mail order, too. See their web site.
