We ate at Ambria this week, and it remains one of Chicago's best restaurants. But there's a plus for your well-behaved young ones: a children's menu that includes a visit to the kitchen to create a one-of-a-kind desert with the chef--chocolate, berries, ice cream.
Excellent touch.
