<content>I've been searching high and low for a Chicago-area restaurant that serves Olives all'Ascolana (large green olives, stuffed with a meat filling, breaded and deep fried). I had them in Rome and can't stop craving them! And how about Fiori di Zucca Farcita (stuffed zucchini blossoms) and Crostini di Fegatini di Pollo (chicken liver crostini)? And pasta with truffles? Can anyone help me find my favorite Italian dishes??
