        <content>The "Low and Slow" NW Championship Barbecue, has announced that: "Steve Raichen" star of "Barbecue U' on Channel 9, author of "Barbecue Bible", "Bruce Aidells", Sausage Maker, [His Sausage Fly's out the doors from Costco or Sams Club]and Meat Expert, "Rick Browne" author of "Grilling America" and star of channel 9's "Barbecue America", several well known local Chefs,who are que enthusiast and "Hsiao-Ching Chou" PI Food writer is the Demo Stage Emcee. Hours will be from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM, with even a "Veggie" Competition. Don't forget to eat your FREE samples. Will be more information in Wednesdays PI. I either tape, or watch food shows on TV Saturdays, will be interesting to watch them do their thing in person.</content>
