This concept sounds interesting and obviously caters to the downtown office crowd as he is only open from M-F. I'd love to have a place like this near where I work. They have a lot of options, as far as salads and sandwiches go, and you get quite a bit of food for $7-8. When it's cold, I recommend the soup, which is priced according to the temperature. It's OK but I don't think it's the best option downtown for a salad lunch. When I am in a salad mood, I usually go to Cosi (there seems to be a Cosi within a block of all the SS locations).
