A good place for Peking Duck is Best Hunan in Vernon Hills. The Last time I had it there, there was no need to order in advance, which many restaurants require, but it might be worth confirming.
An alternative is Szechwan Kingdom in Deerfield on Waukegan Road. They will serve Peking Duck three ways, as is traditional: rolled in pancakes, stir fried, and soup from the carcass. You have to request this, however.
