The place is I think called Tai Wah. It's a grocery at the SW corner of either 22nd Place or 23rd AND Wentworth. There's a BBQ counter up front. There are signs in Chnese advertising "Mainland style" (ta lu) roast (khao) goose (erh). The chicken used here are farm-raised in Canada and are also quite good. The owners are (mainland) Cantonese.
