Sun Oct 17 11:27:57 -0700 2004 0 Joan Liess 1 638101 I'd suggest ordering through www.chicagocooks.com They are working with Caveny Farms, a very small family farm just west of Champagne, which raises a limited number of Heritage Turkeys every year. Their primary market is the Chicago area. Once the turkeys are processed, I believe they will be delivered to Chicago for pick-up-- most likely at one of the Green City Holiday markets on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. This market is at the Lincoln Park Zoo. I also think that you can drive down to the Caveny Farm and pick it up yourself. They have a stand every saturday at the Evanston farmer's market. If I'm not mistaken, Henry's sister works with a cooperative that raises and sells Heritage Turkeys. We bought one from her/them last year and it was GREAT!
