A pretty good "Neo-American" place, next to Big Chicks - a great GLB bar. Have been there twice, both times were good. Service was outstanding. The desserts were outstanding. Soups & Apps were also very good... Lots to eat for the Vegi / Vegan folks...

There have been some fairly in-depth reports if you scroll down or do a search. It is cash only. It's BYO, which is great for wine lovers. All the reports here on CH have been very positive. There are some very neg. reviews on metromix that don't seem to be born out by anyone's experience here.

There was nothing negative about my dinner there last Friday night. The staff was attentive without being in our way in any way. The food was carefully prepared and it was of the first meals I have had out in a while where I found myself eating slowly so that I could enjoy each bite. Most places I go to I end up spending a hundred bucks and deciding that I could have cooked better at home.

Dessert was fine and when I told one of the people there how much I enjoyed it they gave me a little dessert to take home to enjoy later.

It is cash only and the BYOB is terrific. Lets face it the mark up on wine is substantial at a restaurant and so this is an oppertunity to bring a better bottle than one might afford with the markup.

With the menu on the web it is easy to decide what wine to bring.

Lastly when they brought the check in its folder I looked at the bill and gave it to my wife to ask her how much it was. The adding machine tape was so little compaired to what I had eaten that I though I was reading it wrong or that it was formatted incorrectly.

If this appears a glowing review it is.

I agree completely, based on my dinner there about a month ago. In addition to all the rest, my wife was held up, so our party was sitting there not ordering for quite a while on a very busy Fri. and they were entirely gracious about it.

Try the weekend breakfast next.
