Hmmm, has anyone eaten at Ann Sather (929 W. Belmont) lately? It's been BYO since Tom Tunney had to give up the liquor license when he became the 44th ward alderman.

Thing is, they've reduced the number of Swedish entrees -- they've been literally pushed to the side (of the menu). An executive chef was hired and she has a bunch of Asian-inspired entrees.

At least you can get free parking in their nearby lot.

I highly rec Lovitt. In the space formly occupied by Savoy Truffle, Norman Six does a great job bringing high quality foodstuffs for a very reasonable price. Also, not stuffy or too upscale so kids won't be a problem.
