      <content>Paulina Market (at corner of Cornelia and Lincoln, not Paulina) makes their own.  That's where I'd start, anyway.</content>

      <content>I'd never buy it, can't you make your own?  It isn't hard.  You can get the lean beef (eye of round is good) thin sliced, if you don't have the wherewithall to slice it yourself.  Season it, optionally pound it with meat pounder, then put in warm oven overnight (clean the grates very well before you do that).  Or buy a drying oven after christmas when they go on sale.</content>

      <content>Metropolis Beef Jerky in Evergreen Park (9250 S. Kedzie) has very good stuff and a wide variety of flavors.  They have limited hours, but you can also order over the interent.  I think deilvery is fairly cheap.
