I had a Korean friend call to make sure of hours etc and learned that the Kimchi Museum no longer exists. However, the kimchi company that maintained the museum still welcomes visitors and will give tours of their operation. They are open (Friday at least) from 7am to 5pm and the number is 773-728-7053.
