THANKS MUCH,

I don't know why Scala's doesn't have a website. Why don't you call and ask? 312-944-3567/800-447-2252.

Looking for Scala's Beef to eat on Kauai. Willing to mail order for that juicy unforgetable beef.
Is there a website that does mail order outside of the continental US ?

Not sure who Scala is, but there are a few new beef places in Lansing. Joes on Torrence is one of them. I'll have to make a list someday.

Probably because Pat (the owner) is not up on computers so forget about it. (say it with the accent) So just call them. I am not sure if they have a license to ship out of state. I used to work there and it was great food but a very primitive atmosphere.

Sysco Food Distributors carry Scala's Italian style sliced roast beef.
It is packaged by Scala Packing Co 351 W. Huron Street, Chicago, Il 60610.

sysco also carries fontanini....they both have websites:http://www.scalasbeef.com/,h... none have a wholesale store....sysco is the best bet...I believe the fontanini code is 9111,if you have a friend in the business he can get you the sysco #. I order from them regularly and the price is reasonable( about $50 for 12lbs. of beef and 3lbs of juice).
Good luck fellow beef lovers!
