Peking Duck

Tried the Peking Duck at Triple Crown Seafood (just west of Wentworth on 22nd Place) the other day and now I'm on a quest... Where in Chicago can one find the BEST, real deal Peking Duck in the two or three course preparation (pancakes with the crispy skin and scallions, stir fried meat with vegetables and the soup made with the bones). Also, a question: the duck was served with the drumsticks and head. The drumsticks we cleaned to the bone- is the head meant to be gnawed on too?
