The bar is just for drinks, classy decor, but unfortunately it gets a bit noisy when they have a full house, but the huge bouquet of fresh flowers will make up for that distraction. Staff are very professional and quite friendly, food is usually excellent, and reasonably priced. (e.g. their outstanding lobster bisque is only $8, entrees range from $20-30) They usually feature a daily special / chef recommendation list, which the waiters describe with passion and detail. Make reservations ahead of time though, they can be quite busy even on weekdays.
