Vancouver dining for SF Hound
Ok hounds, I'm lining up the must do's for the 5 days in Vancouver in early April. I'm thinking we will go to Cru and Aurora Bistro dinner Friday and Saturday as we can make reservations. I'm hoping to revisit Bin 941 and Vij's during the week. Are they still wonderful? My favorite dim sum place last visit (about 3 years ago) was the Kirin on W. Georgia. Any other suggestions for even better dim sum? We'll be @ The Westin on the water (conference) and will not have a car. We are just fine cabbing it.
Here are some other contenders(please comment):
Cioppino's Med Grill
Tojo's
Go Fish Ocean Emporium (for take out)
West(maybe big maybe)
Any really fabulous Thai to be had in Vancouver proper?
Thanks!

Note that there is a small patio @ Go Fish and since cooked fish doesn't travel well I suggest you 'eat in'-as I did yesterday for lunch.
Since it's convenient to Granville Island you can take in the Market/environs at the same time.
Thai here generally unremarkable-Montri's on Broadway being a cut above.
