Edmonton on the Fresh
I'm in Edmonton for what feels like forever. I've eaten more beef than I care to have ever done for the rest of my life.
Any thing good, funky, fruity, veggie, fresh around?
Also, anythign for a good late night bite? I get off work about 4 am and am hard pressed to find anything. At least anywhere I care to get out of the car.

Hmmm..Edmonton..Alberta..approaching winter..difficult criteria
The ones that might "fit the bill" are Wild Tangerine, Culina, Gabbana and/or one of the many Thai/Malaysian/Vietnamese spots that have popped up around town.
I am an "omnivore" so the vegetarian fare has not been explored too much. I have heard of but not eaten at Max's Light Cuisine on 109th Street, sound of Whyte, Mosaic on Whyte and the Savoy Health Cafe on 51st Ave.

My "lounge lizard days" are long past gone so I am not out and about at that time anymore. Nothing at all springs to mind apart from the 24 hr chains that you probably do not want to go to in any event. The Humpty's, Denny's and the like.
Please post if you find anything interesting. -
