      <content>Tip #1: eat at the bar rather than at a table. You'll enjoy outstanding service!
Tip #2: be sure to have the foie gras au torchon and/or the steak tartare if you're ordering a la carte. I haven't (yet) had the pleasure of trying the tasting menu.</content>
