Jasper, Whistler and Banff meal suggestions

My 82 year young Mom and her best friend are going to the CA Rockies for a tour. They have lots of free time and need some dining tips:

Whistler: lunch and dinner

Jasper: lunch

Banff: lunch

Your experiences are most welcome.

I loved dinner at Post Hotel in Lake Louise and dinner at Chateau Lake Louise but I don't know about lunch...........

Dinner at Whister at Araxi is a must.......also Rim Rock Cafe was fantastic.................
