Thai/Viet supermarkets in Vancouver

Does anyone know where the good Southeast Asian grocery stores are in Vancouver? I would love to find some roasted rice powder to make Thai laab or Viet meat balls.

There is a Grocery store in CT. The NW corner of Union & Gore(next to a coffee shop). Don't have the name. It has everything that I needed. Shrimp paste, GOOD fish sauce, all kind of fresh herbs, eggplants.

It's not really a grocery store but you could try the Asian food store at Granville Island (across from the Granville Island Tea Co.). They seem to sell lots of southeast asian ingredients like lime leaves, etc.

There's one with a lot of Thai food right on Hastings east of Main Street south side and another one that's more Vietnamese east of Fraser on Kingsway south side of the street.
          Can't remember either name sorry.
