Does the lack of response in over 24 hours tell you something? Like, take a lunch bucket!

Sadly, as a former Frederictonian, the only thing worth eating in Fredericton is grub from the market on Saturdays. The rest of the week, you're left with pub food (grilled chicken caesar, anyone? spicy fries?). Try the thai restaurant in Stanley, if you've a car.

This is probably too late but. . . There's a place called Piper's Palate that recently moved to 462 Queen Street. See: http://www.piperspalate.com. I think I liked it better when it was tiny and cramped, but now it's much brighter and probably doubled in size.

Otherwise, people seem to like Brubaker's, which I thought was adequate. Anyway, the most disappointing place has to be the Blue Door Cafe, which looks charming, but the food was, well, mediocre with large portions to make up for lack of inspiration.

Lastly, I have to say I'm partial to the milkshakes at the Big Stop on the way out of town. . .
