La Caramine

Does anyone know what Francine and Andre Roy are doing now? They first were in the Magdeline Islands at La
Table des Roy and then opened La Caramine in Beau Pre, just outside of Quebec City.
Francine Roy was named the top chef in Quebec a few years ago and I would like to know if they are working their magic somewhere else.

      Yes, in Ste. Annes. The restaurant is still open, but the Roys are no longer associated with it. I was wondering if they have opened another somewhere else. Did you ever dine there? She was fabulous!
