Chez Piggy-Marc's Wishes For 2,000.

It's been a few months since I last visited Chez Piggy. Emotionally,I am still not quite recovered from my experience there. I have loved Chez Piggy's menu and cooking for many years. Therefore,it will be hard for me to go back to Chez Piggy again when I will be in Kingston. I have always enjoyed my visits to Kingston;indeed,it is one of my favorite cities. Perhaps the fault was mine-I should have ordered something from Chez Piggy's menu that would have been less spicy. I've always liked that pasta dish(Penne With Pine Nuts And Tomato Sauce),but maybe on that day,the food was not as fresh. I think that the sauce tasted just slightly sour. At least that is the way I recall that it tasted. Sometimes,progress isn't in the right direction. I think that certain things on the menu at Chez Piggy should either be changed or made less pretencious sounding and tasting. Keep the soups on the menu. Bring back the baked chicken dishes. Perhaps the pasta dishes should be changed too. The tomato sauce is too strong,and the pine nuts don't work too well with the dish. Sol Yanovsky should understand that being excentric won't work if your food isn't fresh!
