TORONTO STEAK HOUSES

I HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL AT A BET THAT
ENTITLES MY PARTNER AND I, A STEAK DINNER AT
EITHER, RUTH CHRISS, MOISHES(OF MONTREAL) OR
MORTONS(OF CHIAGO). I HAVE NOT BEEN TO ANY OF
THESE PLACES. ANT SUGGESTIONS ON WHICH ONE IS
THE BEST? THANKS, D.T.

I don't recommend Ruth's Chris - it is a chain and not
so hot. The Moishe's in Toronto is disappointing as
well, especially if you have been visited Moishe's in
Montreal (although they do serve the famous "Monte
Carlo" potato, as they do in Montreal). I have no
view on Morton's (although they seem kind-hearted, as
they gave out free lunches to cabbies in July). I
recommend Barberians. They have a delicious rib
steak.

i have to agree with barbarian" great steak house. I
ate at a ruth chriss' in florida which was great but
then ate at the one in toronto and my 45.00 steak
couldnt get cooked right and all the ala carte extras
where a rip off!! go barbarian
