Rec for tonight - dessert outside?

Looking to have dessert tonight on a nice patio somewhere that won't give us attitude for not having dinner there. Anywhere from downtown to North York works. Anyone have any suggestions?

Nova Era on Cafe Diplomatico on College

I recently had dessert & martinis the Hey Lucy patio, and it was a great evening. Hey Lucy is in the midst of the King St. resto strip, E of Spadina, W of University.

They have a 'dessert pizza' that's an amazing thing to share amongst two people. Their patio is in the back, on the second floor, and is quiet and peaceful, but still conversational.

I must admit, I have not tried this place and I pass by it all the time. Has anyone been to Hey Lucy lately?
Looking for a nice after-work place that is different in the area.
