I have diabetics visiting from out of town and I would love to prepare some desserts. Does anyone know where I can find Sugar Free Pudding, Cool Whip, Chocolate Chips or Pie Filling in this city?

Splenda is available in baking form (that is, modified so you use the same amount of Splenda as you would sugar). There are many websites with Splenda dessert recipes (just google). I'm sure you could use it to make real whipped cream.

Mind you, I personally stay away from artifical sweeteners, but with a diabetic mother-in-law, I can certainly understand the desire to have a nice dessert and the frustration of not being able to.
