where to buy rennet for cheese making?

i've been searching for this in attempt to make mozzarella, does anyone know where to find liquid rennet or rennet tablets in toronto?
I don't think you will find anyone in Toronto that sells rennet, believe me I've tried. The only thing you can get is junket rennet and it doesn't work.
You can However order all cheesemaking supplies including all forms of rennet easily from The New England cheesemaking Company. Its very fast and easy. I got all of the supplies I needed.
I know it isn't exactly what you were looking for but it's the next best thing.
Junket, available almost everywhere, would probably work. However, I have no idea how much you would need to use.
I did a quick google search and found this from www.foodsci.uoguelph.ca/dairyedu/chee...: "Freeze dried cultures and rennet in tablet form are available in large orders from Chr. Hansens Laboratories Ltd., 1146 Aerowood Drive, Mississauga, L4N 1Y5, 905-625-8157, and from Rhodia Canada Inc., 2000 Argentia Road, Plaza 3, Suite 400, Mississauga, Ontario, L5N 1V9, Phone 905-821-4450, Fax 905-821-9339. Call and ask about retail distributors closest to you"
There were several other Canadian locations as well as the New England source.
I'm assuming you've been reading "Animal, Vegetable, Miracle"! Loved it myself.
