Earlier in the eveneing they are more restaurant then as the evening progresses they turn more into bar / lounges. Some top ones that pop into my mind are: The Drake Hotel - L ways west of the downtown core but a great patio and people wating place, Ultra in the heart of the entertainment district queen & john agian great patio and close to night life, Li'ly in Little Italy on College street great food and you can stroll along College and hit a bunch of bars and cafes after dinner, Laide corner of Adelaide & Jarvis near St Lawrence market, distillery district etc. small place but excellent food and genually freindly people.
