<content>My new diet for arthritis ( based on the new book called Inflamation Nation) requires me to eat fish 4 times a week and only special kinds of fish. . .wild salmon, mackerel, among others, but NOT farmed salmon or pacific or atlantic halibut, among others EXCEPT For Greenland salmon!
Any one know where or when greenland halibut is available if ever in toronto?
if anyone wants an explanation of the difference email me

<content>I would think Atlantic halibut is probably fished of Greenland or some place in that region. Atlantic halibut is not farmed. If you want some expert info Call The Fish Man here in Toronto. These people sell some of the freshest fish in the city. I am leaving you a link to their website.
