This is a local online kitchenware retailer with a huge selection. Also try Kitchen Stuff Plus for great prices but not always the best selection.

Really depends on what you're after: pots and pans, knives, small appliances, tools, ??? I find Golda's over-priced, especially on food processors, mixers, and nearly everything else.Costco is selling Creuset two-piece dutch oven/casserole sets for around $180--a deal.Whirlpool/KitchenAid in Mississauga has a semi-annual sale with almost 1/2 off deals on new (not refurb)stand mixers and food processors(not all colours but at those prices...)I've yet to ask them, but Ozawa Canada distributes the seen-everywhere Global knives and might sell direct, maybe even at a slight discount.

Whirlpool/KitchenAid is at 570 Matheson Blvd. E.(just east of Kennedy Rd.) 905 821-3900. The sales also include major appliances. The only catch is "no delivery" and mandatory same day pick-up, which means the place looks like the "start" line for the Oklahoma Land Rush with trucks and vans everywhere. Solid, no b.s. deals, though, especially on KitchenAid.

Not sure what type of kitchenware you're looking for, but check out Ashton Green. It's an online store only, and is based in Ottawa. They are the only big Canadian site I've found. Not as high end (or overpriced!) as Williams-Sonoma, but similar types of items. The customer service is excellent. All of their shipments come with a postage paid return slip if you ever need to return anything.

The prices at Tai Phong are also pretty good. The Cook's Place in Greek town is also good. For pots and knives, if you buy more than 3, you get 10%. More than 5, you get 15%. Bring in your old ones, get an extra 5%.

Yup. Don't recall whether the whole raft of accessories was on offer but basics were (e.g., bowls, dough hooks, paddle blades, etc.).These are sold out of the service centre everyday, though I'm not sure about pricing. Fact is, very few dealers carry mixer accessories as "in stock" items, so KA in Mississauga might be "the" place. Call 'em and ask?

Does any one have information on when the big sale is this year at the Whirlpool/Kitchen outlet on Matheson Boulevard? I've called Whirlpool but they refuse to give any information other than the address. I've been waiting all year hoping to buy a stand mixer at discount. The phone number someone posted last year is the general Whirlpool enquiry and apparently the outlet centre's phone number is not for public use.

Cayne's is fantastic. Just bought a beautiful kitchen aid stand mixer on sale for $199.
They also offer free shipping through a promotion code with Visa. I can't remember the website but if you call Visa they should be able to tell you, they have promotions for a number of suppliers.
http://www.cayneshousewares.com/home.php
Can't recommend it enough.
