I've never heard of halva made with carrots and although I know it can be made with other nuts (particularly in home cooking versions) I've only had sesame halva (sometimes with pieces of other nuts in it or with cacao) which I've been eating since I was a child. I'd love to know more about almond and/or carrot halva. Where do you get the latter? Thanks.
